New Uniform Procedure to NSW incident citation reports, NSW referee complaints, and NSW futsal send-off reports
After thorough discussion, Futsal NSW, in collaboration with all affiliates, has agreed to implement a uniform procedure for managing incident citation reports, NSW referee complaints, and NSW futsal send-off reports.
Effective Monday, 10th November 2025, it is now compulsory for all referees to complete the NSW Futsal Send-Off Report following any send-off during a match within 24 hours of the incident.
Additionally:
- Administrators, players, coaches, and officials are encouraged to use the NSW Citation Report to raise any formal concerns.
- The NSW Referee Complaints Form is available for submitting complaints specifically regarding referee conduct during matches.
All three forms will be sent directly to the NSW Futsal Association and then forwarded to the relevant affiliate for their review and action.
